Our eleven health centers serve families in over eighty rural communities primarily in Franklin, Kennebec, Oxford and Somerset counties. We maintain strong collaborative relationships with four hospital systems - Franklin Memorial (Farmington), MaineGeneral (Augusta/Waterville), Redington Fairview (Skowhegan) and Stephens Memorial (Western Maine Health – Norway). We also work closely with community crisis, health, social services and education providers who deliver complementary services to area residents.
