Madison Area Health Center became the second health practice in the HealthReach family of community health centers in 1977. In 2009, 1,724 residents of Madison and surrounding towns including Anson, Norridgewock, and Starks accessed medical care at our practice.

We provide a full range of primary and preventive services to residents and visitors of all ages. Our providers collaborate with a team of physicians at Redington Fairview General Hospital in Skowhegan, where hospital care for our patients is offered.

Located in Somerset County, the town of Madison boasts a spectacular view of Maine’s Western mountains. Year-round recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike abound, including fishing, camping, and theatrical productions at Lakewood Theater, America ’s oldest and most famous summer theater since 1901. Madison has also become "The Tomato Capital of New England" with 42 acres of tomatoes growing under two massive glass greenhouses.
