 From Augusta: Take Exit 112 [previously 31] off I-95. Turn left (South) onto SR-8 (SR-11). Turn left (East) onto Bridge Street. Bear right (South) onto SR-9 (SR-17). Turn left (East) onto SR-17 (Eastern Avenue). About 3 miles from the SR-17 & SR-32 intersection, the Health Center sign points to a left by-pass road for SR-17. Turn left onto by-pass road. Health Center is beyond the post office across the street from the cemetery in a converted church. |
